The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read them carefully. By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site. Autohaus24 reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Service, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
Ordering and Shipping Policy
All orders are on prepaid basis. We accept all major credit cards (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), as well as cashier’s checks, personal checks, and money orders. Returned checks are subject to a $65 fee. Autohaus24shall have the right to refer any past due balance (if unable to charge credit card) for collection, in which event Autohaus24 shall be entitled to all costs of collections, including without limitation all attorneys fees, costs and interest. All disputes between the parties shall be subject to arbitration in Los Angeles County, California for a final, binding determination under California law.
Most shipments originate from our distribution center in Germany. Items available at the time of ordering can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Out of stock or special order items can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Shipping method used depends on the size/weight of the merchandise, as well as the destination of the shipment. We will use the most efficient and economical courier possible that delivers to your destination.
Autohaus24 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time without notice. Some situations that may result in the cancellation of an order include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems that are identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department. In some cases we must contact you to obtain and verify additional information before accepting an order. If your order is canceled for any reason or additional information is required, Autohaus24 may contact you by phone and/or email. Please be sure that you verify your contact information on the order as it must be valid to be accepted. If the contact information is fictitious or invalid we reserve the right to cancel an order.
Shipping charges can be obtained by contacting us prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for all freight related charges, including but not limited to freight cost, insurance, customs fees, duties and taxes.
Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on any shipped items. Returns are only allowed if we ship you the wrong item. Cancellation after order confirmation will result in a 30% re-stocking fee. Nor refunds will be given after the item ships. Cancellation of an order by us or the manufacturer due to inability to fill the order will result in a full refund. Missing or wrong parts will be replaced free of charge.
Inspect the box as soon as it arrives and contact us within 3 days of receipt for any claims. In case the outside box/shipping container arrives damaged, do not open before taking a detailed photo of the box. This is required for a claim with the courier, and if not done, it may not be accepted by the courier. 
Undeliverable, Refused, and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
In the case that a shipment is undeliverable, refused or delivered to an incorrect address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) due to customer error, the customer will be charged for both the original shipment charges and the re-shipment charges.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Autohaus24 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Autohaus24 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Autohaus24 shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

All information, services, products, and materials contained on this site, including text, graphics, and links, are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autohaus24 disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information, services, products, and materials, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. In addition, Autohaus24 does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Autohaus24, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Autohaus24 has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
